Exotic Coffees: Produced by small coffee farmers in a natural bounded and controlled region, with a identified and distinguishable unique flavor cup profile,( cultivated in microclimatic conditions, agro-ecological and socio-cultural fully delimited geographically). Regional Volcanic Coffees come from a wide region that includes one or more Regional coffee ecotopes and it is distinguished by its Colombian cup profile, in this case where the soil is nourished by the richness of volcanic eruptions. One Farm Coffees: They come from a single crop, have centralized benefit and offer outstanding product quality and consistent over time, comply with the most rigorous standards of selection and quality. Organic Coffees: Its production is an environment free of agrochemicals; seeks harmony between traditional systems and the ecosystem.
